Fleshify the World
I worked with Ian Haig to create an exhibition-only augmented reality iPad app. Special graphics are placed around the gallery space and when viewed through the iPads camera, a tumourous growth materialises on screen with accompanying audio. The user is able to walk around the model to view different angles and details.
As described by the artist:
The work visualises the gallery as a site of disease and sickness - as malignant tumours and other diseased bodily matter appear within the space of the gallery.
